This move adds a crucial hospitality component to the sprawling aerospace and logistics hub, signaling a new phase of maturity for a project that has already delivered over 800,000 square feet of leased industrial and aeronautical space at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The ceremony, held at the project site off PeakAir Circle in partnership with general contractor Alston Construction, represents a significant step in realizing a vision years in the making. The new hotel is designed to serve a campus that, upon completion, will transform 435 acres into a comprehensive commercial ecosystem. This master plan includes up to 2.2 million square feet of aeronautical space, 2 million square feet of industrial facilities, and 270,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, cementing its role as a cornerstone of one of the nation's fastest-growing economic corridors.
