The new hotel is designed to serve a campus that, upon completion, will transform 435 acres into a comprehensive commercial ecosystem. This master plan includes up to 2.2 million square feet of aeronautical space, 2 million square feet of industrial facilities, and 270,000 square feet of commercial and retail space, cementing its role as a cornerstone of one of the nation's fastest-growing economic corridors.
