Her extensive background includes executive leadership roles at some of the largest publicly traded staffing organizations. She spent 18 years at AMN Healthcare in various vice president roles and held a Senior Vice President position at Cross Country Healthcare. Her experience is marked by significant achievements, including her involvement in securing a FEMA IDIQ award to support the national COVID-19 response, where she led a strategic initiative to mobilize healthcare workers within 72 hours.
