Mary Collins steps into her role as D-CCO & SVP for Field Power Solutions, bringing a powerful combination of commercial and operational leadership from her time at General Electric, S&C Electric, and Schneider Electric. Her recent experience as Chief Commercial Officer at TechPro Power Group, which IPS acquired, makes her uniquely qualified to lead the integration and scaling of complex field service operations. David Chiesa joins IPS as D-CCO for the Electromechanical Division, the company’s foundational business focused on motor, generator, and pump repair. Chiesa’s background includes leadership roles at CTC Global, Systems Control, S&C Electric, and General Electric, complemented by service as an officer in the U.S. Army. He is tasked with driving organic growth through disciplined sales execution and aligning IPS’s core repair and maintenance services with the evolving reliability needs of its industrial customer base.
