Furthermore, the program led to a 41% decrease in the reported impact of autoimmune conditions on work productivity, a crucial metric for a workforce of educators and school staff.
Critically, an independent actuarial analysis of the pilot confirmed a significant reduction in associated specialty drug costs and member risk scores.
