The company has launched a new 200,000-square-foot production facility in Johor Baru, Malaysia, and a 96,000-square-foot site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, strategically positioning itself within one of the world's fastest-growing technology hubs.

The Johor Baru site in Malaysia, spread across two buildings, significantly boosts the company's capacity for precision plastics manufacturing and cleanroom assembly. It also introduces PFA tube bending as a new core capability, a specialized process crucial for fluid and gas handling systems used in semiconductor fabrication. The facility already employs over 300 people, with plans to expand to more than 400 by year's end.

In Ho Chi Minh City, the new plant increases C-Hawk’s operational space in Vietnam by over 70%. It is purpose-built for high-complexity tasks, including contract manufacturing of intricate modules and full system builds. This allows C-Hawk to transition new product introductions and high-volume production more cost-effectively from its U.S. operations.

The Vietnam site specializes in ultra-high-purity (UHP) orbital welding and TIG welding, essential for creating the contamination-free gas delivery systems that are the lifeblood of a semiconductor fab. Equipped with Class 100, 1,000, and 10,000 cleanrooms, the facility is designed to handle the most sensitive and complex equipment assemblies.
