PTOP Inks AI Deal With Hopscotch Air, Citing Shared Leadership

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – December 22, 2025 – Peer to Peer Network, Inc. (OTC: PTOP) announced today it has secured a contract with regional air taxi service Hopscotch Air®, Inc. The agreement will see PTOP’s newly formed artificial intelligence division, PTOP Intelligence Labs, deploy its proprietary AI communications technology to support the airline’s stakeholder outreach.

The deal represents an early win for PTOP’s AI division and is being touted by the company’s leadership as a significant step toward profitability for the new venture. Joshua Sodaitis, Chairman and CEO of PTOP, greeted the news with festive enthusiasm in the official announcement.

“Ho Ho Ho --- Santa came a little early this year to drop off another present to the PTOP shareholders. A revenue generating new client, that combined with other relationships should have our new AI division go profitable by early February,” Sodaitis exclaimed.

A Tier-1 Tech Stack for Targeted Outreach

Under the terms of the agreement, PTOP Intelligence Labs will integrate its proprietary code into the Hopscotch Air website. This technology is the backbone of PTOP’s Tier-1 service module, a multi-layered communications stack designed to automate and enhance corporate messaging workflows.

The suite includes several key features: website visitor intelligence to identify and segment audiences, AI-powered analysis tools, and an adaptive sequenced outreach engine. Combined, these tools are intended to give Hopscotch Air a sophisticated new capability to engage with customers, partners, and, most critically, potential investors at scale. The deployment marks a BETA test for PTOP's Tier-1 suite, positioning Hopscotch Air as an early adopter.

Derek McCarthy, President of PTOP Intelligence Labs, highlighted the strategic focus of the partnership. “We’re thrilled to partner with the Hopscotch Air team and bring our Tier-1 AI communications technology to fundraising efforts,” he stated. This focus is particularly timely, given Hopscotch Air’s future ambitions.

For its part, Hopscotch Air sees the technology as a forward-thinking investment in its communication infrastructure. “We’re looking forward to working with PTOP Intelligence Labs in this next-generation technology, aimed at improving communication with both customers and potential investors,” said Andrew Schmertz, CEO of Hopscotch Air.

An Interconnected Leadership Spurs Collaboration

Adding a unique dimension to the partnership is the overlapping leadership between the two companies. In a move toward transparency, PTOP CEO Joshua Sodaitis disclosed his dual role in the press release, revealing that he also serves on the board of Hopscotch Air. Sodaitis framed this connection as a catalyst for the deal, rather than a mere footnote.

“For full disclosure, I also sit on the board of Hopscotch Air, and I’m aware of several exciting developments underway there,” Sodaitis explained. “Given that, it was a natural decision to pick up the phone and formalize a deal with Andrew—especially now that PTOP has launched its AI division, Intelligence Labs, which can be an extremely valuable tool across multiple industries.”

Sodaitis recounted a recent dinner in New York City with Hopscotch Air CEO Andrew Schmertz, describing it as a meeting of minds where the two leaders felt a formal engagement was inevitable. This pre-existing relationship and shared strategic vision appear to have streamlined the path to the contract, turning executive-level conversations into a tangible business agreement.

This synergy is something both CEOs believe could pave the way for more extensive collaborations. “We also believe this initial collaboration could lead to additional transactions between our organizations in the future,” Sodaitis added, signaling that this AI deployment could be the first of several joint ventures.

Profitability, Public Ambitions, and Future Outlook

The financial implications of the deal are significant for PTOP. Sodaitis reiterated his projection that the new revenue from Hopscotch Air should be instrumental in making the PTOP Intelligence Labs division profitable by February or March of 2026. This would mark a rapid path to profitability for the specialized AI unit, which focuses on automated investor communications and intelligent engagement for public and pre-public companies.

The timing of the partnership is crucial for Hopscotch Air as well. Its parent company, Hopscotch Go, has filed a Regulation A with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is reportedly planning to go public in the first quarter of 2026. Deploying an advanced AI communications suite ahead of a public offering could be a strategic move to manage and optimize investor relations during a critical fundraising and growth phase.

PTOP, which trades on the OTC market, is primarily known for its flagship MOBICARD™ digital business card application. The launch of PTOP Intelligence Labs represents a strategic pivot into the lucrative B2B market of corporate and investor communications, leveraging AI to automate what is often a resource-intensive process. Its proprietary “Intelligence Code” promises to deliver scalable lead generation and audience segmentation from a single line of code.

Hopscotch Air has carved out a niche in the aviation industry as an FAA-certified air taxi service transforming regional travel. Operating a fleet of technologically advanced aircraft, it offers an alternative to commercial airlines, flying into smaller general aviation airports across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and parts of Canada to reduce travel time and stress for its clientele.

Both leaders expressed strong optimism for the future of their respective companies and their newfound partnership. “Both companies have very promising futures, and we believe this relationship will be a long-term and mutually beneficial one,” Sodaitis concluded, looking ahead to what he hopes will be PTOP's best year yet in 2026.
